Described as an "8bit taste action game" I can only imagine the nonsense going on. No 3D, but 8bitty goodness instead to keep us remembering the day when games were good.
Seems at though you play the hero, with the witch having been turned to stone. But defeating monsters and using their blood you can bring her back temporarily to attack.
