Um, what? That first part of the video looks like a straight remake, i.e. it is lvl1 of the original.

Yoshi's Island (SNES) is my all-time favourite game but I can't say this has me all that excited, certainly nowhere near like I am for LttP2. This one just looks like a slightly sterile remake of the first to be honest. I'll get it Day One and love it of course but I'd rather this was them announcing the SNES one on VC. Surely they can emulate the SuperFX chip by now? Even the homebrew Wii emulator does a perfect job with it.
