XBOX 360 backward comptability...

Just wondering what I need to do to get the latest backward compatibility update on my 360.

I have a handful of original XBOX games, and most of them are on the backward compatibility list...but only 1 works on my 360, despite being on the list.

I'm on the latest dash so I though that would have been enough? Is there a separate update?

I'm an idiot. Signing into XBOX Live solved the problems.

Forgot a lot of my original XBOX games are NTSC though.
