So a change is coming to Games with Gold, inevitable really ...

From 1 October 2022, the monthly games provided to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Live Gold members via Games with Gold will no longer include Xbox 360 titles

Given the titles on the lists lately, I'm not sure it's a massive loss, but the value proposition reduces - the good news is any of the 360 you added to the library are there on your account for keeps, regardless of subscription. Doesn't look like there will be any change in how many Xbox One titles will be part of the service, so just the two a month from Oct.
