This makes a headset count of 652,800 (although it's likely to be more given this is just connected headsets when the survey is pushed out - this is something that fluctuates month-to-month). Index has retained its good market share since it launched, and this is the market that Index 2 is aimed at, to whom it will sell very well.
It is not going to be a direct competitor to Quest 3, it is not aiming at the same segment of the market.
