Funny i cant recall a situation where i had a dispatch email from DPD, and they have delivered a lot here, which clearly states a date...but hasn't turned up.

Your most probably correct and i personally not bothered if i get it today or tomorrow. What's a real pain is that DPD have sent the email out saying the package with be delivered on the 28th, today obviously, and that someone must be in to sign for it. Which means waiting in all day for a package that may not arrive.

They need to stop sending these misleading emails and texts saying "make sure someone is in to sign for your parcel due to be delivered on 28th Nov".

People could be taking a holiday off work or something.

I have literally already cleared my day because of it...if this turns out to be incorrect, it will be completely unprofessional to the point of farce really.

This is my point exactly, if its not coming today then no problem but sending out this email is not helpful.

Shopto have announced via twitter that the emails were in error, they are being dispatched today.

A little annoyed i've changed some plans for today, but still pleased as i only preordered very recently.

What a cock up between Shopto and DPD, oh well at least i dont have to worry about staying in all day now. Just as long as it arrives tomorrow i will be happy.

It did clearly state on the dispatch e mail, that they would be delivered on Friday, so even if DPD made an error we all knew they were coming Friday! I'm more annoyed they did at get Mario 3d world until late last night I was hoping for that today but it's only just shipped, to busy for anything but ps4 I assume.

Yeah same here, the DPD email was the first i have heard about any kind of shipping. Not had anything from Shopto.
