It's crazy. They're saying that Sony are essentially forcing them, which Sony deny. Given that SimplyGames are bundling unofficial cables and the like, I'm inclined to believe Sony on this one.

Think I am either going Watchdogs pack to save ?7 on my current order or just go mad and get the Adrenaline pack.

Nice, fingers crossed I'll have one of those mails soon too. Hoping for something similar on the XB1 front too, maybe offering me something other than the free FIFA they shifted me too (and then couldn't change to Forza).

Ah, Neil Muspratt - who ran ChoicesTV, which tried to sell videogames to at home grannies with massively inflated P&P (was cheaper just to go the website) lost ?millions and ultimately put the company in to receivership losing thousands of jobs.

They're all at it. Dixons forced me to buy PDZ LE (surely a contender for least limited LE ever) and Road to the World Cup or some other football game with my 360.

I don't remember a time where people were forced to upgrade their preorders before this though, it was always post release they really started hammering people with ?700 bundles.

Electronic's boutique done it to me with the launch of the 360 they would only sell me the machine with FIFA road to the World Cup and Quake 4 both were games I didn't want so went to GAME and traded them for Project Gotham and Call of duty 2 which I was after

... aaaaand there we go. Gone for the one which chucks in KILLZONE (makes me laugh writing it in all caps), another controller, and a camera. Also chucked in a charging dock for the controllers and a vertical stand. Wish they'd have handled the XB1 orders in the same way, as opposed to locking me in to bloody FIFA.

Also the ps4 has an online trophy mode and an offline mode, similar to ps3.
Hope you don't have to sync all the time.
