Child of Light (UbiSoft's small project, Limbo meets Final Fantasy VI)

Uses the UbiArt Framework Engine (Rayman engine)
Led by Far Cry 3's creative director Patrick Plourde.
Developed by small Ubi Montreal team.

    Taken from small Vine teaser
The entertainment network where videos and personalities get really big, really fast. Download Vine to watch videos, remixes and trends before they blow up.

Plourde discussed the title at GDC Europe this morning, saying that he created Child of Light as a "counter-point" to the "masculine" Far Cry 3, and that he collected a range of art and music for inspiration on the project, citing Studio Ghibli artist Hayao Miyazaki and Yo****aka Amano as being "really inspiring".
    IM IN.
That very small vine/gif teaser looks amazog.

There will be full details about the game early September, looking to launch Late 2013.

Looks cool. Reminds me of Dust: An Elysian Tail.

New demo video of the game, it looks fantastic, excluding Nintendo EAD titles I can't think of anything I'm anticipating more.

                        I'll be there day one.
It's not like western devs make JRPGs often.

It's nice to see the geographical genre broken for a change.

Limited Edition is ?15.99 at Amazon for all versions, should be noted there that there is no disc it's a boxed download code, and it is cross buy PS4/PS3. Really looking forward to it.
