Fantastic. On top of everything else this will allow me to use games I bought on my old steam account without logging out and back in again.

EDIT: As usual, a great idea ruined by a stupid restriction. If a friend is playing ANY game from your library and you then want to play ANY game your friend gets kicked. So it's basically like lending your entire game collection to a friend rather than just one game. Fail.

Still solves my double account problem so that's good though.
