So I preordered The Puppeteer over a month ago from these guys. I'd never used them before but I've seen their name a few times and thought the preorder price was a great deal

The preorder price was ?21.95.

Anyway I just received an email from them today saying that they have been 'unable to authorise payment' and so my order has been 'Refunded'

What does that mean? You haven't been able to take payment, but you're refunded me!? That makes no sense.

Anyway the upshot of it is they've cancelled the order. No, please pay another way; nothing...But they did add a comment on the email saying 'feel free to re-order the game and we'll send it out to you ASAP'

Price - ?27.95

Do they really think I'm going to fall for this? That there was a error with payment, so they've kindly cancelled the order and feel free to order again.

I'm literally gob smacked!

I won't ever being using these guys again that's for sure.

Anyone else seen anyhting like this from them?

if they had taken the money they have to honour the sale due to distant selling regulations

if they didn't take any money then they can really do what they want - but it is cheeky to say the least
