O+O maybe has something to do with Mobile? Valve plan to launch a mobile gaming device and it's been codenamed Littlefoot internally (Steambox was Bigfoot). Those symbols suggest 2 OS's interacting with each other as O was SteamOS, but we'll just need to wait and see.

As for HL3, i can't see this being revealed this week.

I'm guessing this is why we don't have HL2 Ep3. What kind of craziness is this - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-24205497

^ Didn't the techwizard lady who got fired call bull**** on all this egalitarian rhetoric, saying instead it was run by gangs of old lags not dissimilar to school bullies?

Yeah, and from what I remember, her writings weren't aimless rants, but well pointed critics. I guess that making money is a company's primary goal though.

I've never bought into it, always seemed like PR bulls**t. It's an idyllic steered approach to operating a business that's unworkable. Businesses, let alone huge ones, require figureheads for certain key decision making. Like article says, you could wing it for X amount of time as long as the workers are earning a mint but soon as harder times the sh*t will hit the fan.

As for SteamOS, I suppose the other problem as far as Windows is concerned is that the old Steam boss (except not because Valve don't have bosses) is now at Microsoft so I wouldn't be surprised to see them address any advantages swiftly if they see a serious threat.
