X-Wing Alliance, but similar to X-Wing's sequel, flying for the Empire again. None of those bloody terrible family missions (would you really want to take a little shore leave with Vadar breathing down your neck?) either. I want a plot that doesn't follow the movies too much, with intrigue and conspiracy.

Does Shenmue 3 count? There hasn't been any official confirmation and rumours are usually just full of **** these days. I really hope they get round to shenmue 3 soon.

There isn't much I can think of really, though I'd like a nice sequel to the GBA Zone of the Enders game, that was brilliant.
