I really enjoyed the combat in Batman, never got bored of it despite the simplicity on the surface. Ryse looks more dumbed down than Batman by the fact the QTEs automatically succeed regardless of what button you press.

But that's OK, it's a launch title that shows off next-gen'ness. A bit like Kameo was. If it happens to be playable too (a bit like Kameo was) then bonus.

Well thats the first real live gameplay video i have seen of Ryse and i have to say for me personally it looks great. To a lot of people its probably a dull game but I know exactly what im getting with it and i dont care what any review may say, it looks very satisfying to play. I love the setting and it looks and sounds brutal. Cannot wait to get this now, dont care what the reviews say.

Ouch, 2/10 sounds like more than a misunderstanding! The gamelooked awful from the videos (not just talking graphically), well below TwistedPixel's usual standard.

That is a brutal score, it did look **** but it looked kinda fun. The FMVs looked silly too.

I'll probably grab it, but I'll have to readjust expectations. I thought comic jumper was **** , but the presentation and script was enough to enjoy it, maybe this will be the same.

Not only was Crimson Dragon previously a Kinect game, but it was also a 360 game - it has been floating around 360 Partnernet for ages, apparently. Still, here's hoping the reviews are wrong.

People who played it said Crimson is not a patch on PD. Its supposed to be very slow and the once for Kinect only is still noticable throughout.

But in happier news looks like dead rising is coming out on top way to go capcom looks like they have sorted the framerate issues and brought out a solid game that looks like great fun to play.

The other option is to find a review that gave it a good score, such as Destructoid's 8
Read the review and don't read any others, it's the classic fanboy technique to make a game better than it actually is.

Is it known when the Forza 5 and Ryse embargo's are done? I've read rumbles that the Ryse embargo runs till release day which would be really worrying, embargos are dumb
