I bought a 6850 around 2 years ago for ?75. My 3570k was ?130 last February. 6850 can run stuff decently but could probably do with an upgrade but I'm playing a game right now at 1920x1200 @ 50+ FPS~

At least on a console you can just turn it on and play.

No booting window, logging into steam, updating direct x, setting up catalyst control panel, configuring the controller, setting up the best graphics settings and by this time we're already on level 4

None of us for many years.
About the same as a new console but spread out over 5 or 6 years.

I love console gaming and will be getting a ps4. It's not pc Or console!

Are you kidding me? Every time I turn on my PS3 I have to update it pretty much. Along with game updates and the crappy interface I find playing stuff on PC way faster with my SSD and fiber connection. haha
