Jumping Flash. ****ing LOVE that series and it was the one that made me want a PS1 at the time. 2 was pretty nifty as well. Never given the third game the time it deserves though.

Auto Modellista - Underrated for sure. Yeah, it isn't the greatest racer, but it was fun and looked awesome.

Shubibinman - The first is one of my fave games of all time and even now, 25 years after it's release I still play it regularly( I actually completed it last night).

Neutopia - Great Zelda clone that pisses on the NES/Famicom Zelda games. We need a proper third entry into the series.

Energy/Ashe - I'm guessing I'm the only one who would ever want a reboot of this, seeing as everyone just assumes the PCE version is an original game. It was actually a pathetic port of a decent PC-88 game called Ashe. Any reboot, just like Shubibinman, would need that NCS drum machine though.

I'll think of more, but after getting up for work at 4.30 this morning I'm kinda pooped.

It was still a good game, I just found that the settings weren't as stunning as they'd been in the first game. The acquisition of abilities and unlocking of areas via them seemed very strong in the first game and really gripped me. The story in the follow up didn't grab me as much.

I was a huge fan of 1, right from the OPM demo, all the way through the delay, and the game itself utterly cast it's spell, from the concept, the morphing visuals, the locales and the combat, to the gradual unlocking of areas and the strength of the voice acting in the story. I remember looking forward to the sequel for so long, but as I played it I found it lacking in comparison. I wish I could remember why in more detail - but I do recall the constant impression that it felt rushed and missed the sparkle I enjoyed with the first title.

Auto Modellista could have been so awesome. The extremely poor handling, and the stripping of online ruined it.
        Kept you waiting, huh?

Prin, I can understand the slightly rushed feel later on but I loved it more.
I never finished the first game, I probably should go back and do it.

Perhaps my anticipation of 2 was lower which allowed me to love it more.

Another issue is that when the first game came out I was going through a terrible year with my health. I got it from new and never had the energy to play it much. I ended up played the lovely DC port more.

Are we talking Soul Reaver? I must admit my memory is sketchy but I definitely remember being disappointed with the sequel. I think the gameplay was stripped or streamlined or something and I remember the combat losing something as a result. Was it missing things like having to kill guys by throwing them into sunlight or spikes or stuff like that? And was it much more linear? Honestly couldn't say if those things are actually true but I think my problems were along those lines.

And so I then skipped the next game(s?) - the Kain one. No idea if it was any good.

Soul Reaver 1 was a real treat though. I must admit to being really fond of the first Legacy of Kain game too although didn't have the patience for it when I revisited it years later.

It was more linear for sure, perhaps that's why I liked it more.
Like I said the game came out at a poor time whereas the second was ideal. SR2 also has stunning visuals with some amazing texture work. Such a richly design world

Aha i see, like the Speedball version that is available on PS3/PSP.

I'd love to see a Chaos is a more up to date setting, with the characters abilities being used more like the classes u see in BF for instance

Yes but that a new UT, i'd rather take a remake of the original.

Don't know if it's already been mentioned but I enjoyed "The Club" back on the 360 about six years ago, decent game shame it never got a follow up. Got averaging scores at the time which didn't help I suppose.
