The current gen AC is official an hits PS3 and 360 on November 11th. You can sail like in 4 though its seems to repurpose New York from 3. Storywise it will connect 3, 4 and 5.

According to reports, Assassin's Creed: Rogue won't have a multiplayer component and its collector's edition won't include a figurine. What a pair of unexpected and novel concepts! It is highly likely, though, that the yet unannounced (but inevitable none the same) remastered edition will address those two points.Comment

Apparently the game has been listed for PC by the Brazillian Classification Board but more tellingly briefly appeared on Ubisofts own UPlay service listings. I reckon I'll hold off for this version of the game.Comment

The PC version has been dated for March 10th. Buyers who preorder via Uplay will also get one of 7 previous AC's free and two DLC packs.
Oddly, the game also supports eye tracking support for the camera.Comment

It's because the game is being bundled with a gaze tracking device.
It's being aimed at streamers (so viewers can see what the streaming is looking at) and professional gamers , so they can analyse and optimise their performance.
