    GameStop accidentally charging for cancelled orders

    GameStop have charged me today for a cancelled order. I received the email below which indicates I'm not alone! My order was from back in Jan so I'm not sure how far back these cancelled orders go.

    Due to a system error some customers have been charged for orders they have previously cancelled.

    We apologise for this issue and have processed a full refund for you.

    Refunds can take 2-5 days to be processed by your bank or payment company.

    Maybe change the thread title to "accidentally charging". It sounds like they've added a cancellation fee otherwise.

      Bloody hell i better check mine then. Cancelled an order from them back in feb
