I am planning on one very soon but as this is one of the games I want on the system I thought it better to order now rather than miss out as I really don't want to go Digital only.

I should have one in theory in the next month or so, so it will be before the game is released lol

But it's not an exclusive, it was also available on the Nintendo store. Unless GAME mean "brick and mortar retailer", but how many copies of Project Zero are realistically likely to make it to GAME stores?

Yeah. Brick and mortar. And as Nintendo made a hash of announcing the fact is was preorderable on their website I'm not able to buy it due to my principles.
