I chuckled to see your Live account on Forza Horizon 1 last night, Nakamura! I see you managed to borrow a 360 off someone!
Am I right in thinking you've moved over to PS3, but you don't have a One or PS4?
Are you going to get Horizon 2 on 360 now?
Credit where it's due, they're banging out some amazing trailers!
Driver: SF and Stuntman: Ignition are more my thing, but Horizon is looking hella tasty. Shame all this DLC shenanigans the Forza series is now famous for is leaving a bad aftertaste.
I'll be honest, the biggest thing putting me off this is that I don't believe you're getting the whole thing after their previous antics of removing cars and game modes.

I will be getting the second game on 360, yes.
As for the DLC, there are a lot of DLC cars in there now. It's a bit of a shame indeed but there are still lots of cars. I finished the game and got the full 1000G and clocked over 25 hours of play time. That is masses of content.
The second game will have more from the get go. 200 cars and twice the map.
Moved to PS3 yes. More exclusives I like. Horizon is the only 360 game I like.Last edited by nakamura; 19-09-2014, 08:45.

Did you get the rally DLC in the end for Horizon 1?
What's the score with this one? Is there a rally mode? Is it included or part of the planned DLC?
I'm glad it sounds like more of a complete package, but as DavidH posted earlier, there's a further bunch of cars missing unless you're buying it at launch, a Horizon VIP member/Forza VIP member or buy the car pass.
Both the 360 and PS3 have their strengths and weaknesses, but I'm surprised you only like one out of around 1125 games on the 360!

I never got the rally DLC, the rally is fun but not a part that appeals to me. I've not idea what it actually contains.
Again the VIP thing is nothing. It's no different to pre order bonuses. You are unlikely to drive most of the cars anyway, unless you are a completist.
Forza does nothing ever other game doesn't nowadays.

How much free driving around cities is there in this series? I love free driving games, but I'm rubbish at racing. I can cope with Gran Turismo, where I can plough into a car at top speed and just drop to 50mph and go off the track with little consequence, but realistic ones are too much for me.
Any point me getting this?

Forza have alsorts of driver aides that can make the game really easy plus a rewind mode which I hate. I like to be hardcorewith manual transmission and sometimes with clutch depending on the racing area.

You certainly can. If there are cars in front on me on a bend, I drive into them instead of bothering to brake. I'm not very good at these games, so I need these advantages.
Apparently GT is realistic in that altering the suspension etc has a very realistic effect on how the cat drives. I don't know enough about suspension to say how realistic.
Anyway, more interested in this now. I thought it was a series where if you put a wheel on the grass, your race was pretty much over.
