Man, stayed up to watch the Ubisoft E3 briefing and still no Beyond Good & Evil 2.

The way in which they presented first-person shooter 2014 #356 (er- I mean Rainbow Six-something) must have disappointed other people too - “I’ve got just one more game to show you”; surely other people expected BG&E2 when they said that?

I mean that Rainbow Six game looks OK. The building destruction is nice. Still, it was daft for them to present it like some kind of surprise. We’ve known they’ve been working on another Rainbow Six game for several years now.

They aren't gonna have guys shouting "OH COME ON **** YOU HE SHOT ME THROUGH THE ****ING WALL" are they, its a demo, it's to show off the gameplay and how it should be played and what you can do.

No one plays like that, i kinda wish they did though.

But people don't. It's about as representative of gameplay as a bullshot. There were far too many demos like that tonight, where everyone is playing like an actor.

Well that would be pretty tame compared to most of the racist homophobic comments i normally hear lol. But know of course i would not expect them to be swearing etc but it was just too unrealistic representation of what you get online. Unless of course you genuinely have 5 mates who play the game but in the real world, never happens.

I dearly hoped and wanted it to be BG&E2, but deep down in my soul, I knew it wouldn't be shown.

New rainbow six is cool but did it not feel like Rainbow Six : The Division to anyone else? They feel very similar to me, just minus the RPG elements.

Not sure it can really be judged just on the one level shown - looked good but that fake team comms made me cringe. Surely they can't have listened back to that and thought: "Yeah, that really sells the game!".
