Mario Kart 8 will be updated to be compatible with the Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Peach, Donkey Kong, Link, Kirby, Captain Falcon, Samus and Fox McCloud Amiibos. Each will unlock cosmetic changes for some racers in game
