    Philips successfully win patent lawsuit against Nintendo Wii and WiiU technologies

    Sony should be worried because this diagram clearly illustrates 3 Playstation Move controllers hanging form the ceiling too.

    As the first poster pointed out quite rightly, what exactly have philips done with these 'child drawings/patents'?

        In fairness, patent drawings always look like that. They're usually quite well-designed, in that they have zero artistic merit but they explain exactly what the patent is about, when accompanied with the text.

        Also, they probably patented it for gesture control TVs, like Samsung's recent tellies that had a built-in Kinect thing.

        It's still a bit of a daft patent though.

            Untrue. The guy drew a vase on the table. That vase is totally out of it's depth.

              I think they should give them money based on what a Phillips made motion controlled console would make, therefore Philips should have about 100 million confiscated and burned in front of them.
