(D)wayne Minton who is he?

Does anybody remember Mean Machines magazine in the early days of Megadrive and Snes, there used to be a section which detailed the magazines staff, I think just inside the front cover or something,
anyway I remember every month a person called Dwayne or Wayne Minton seemed to be subject to some type of insult by the staff writers, words to the effect of, anyone can enter the magazines competition as long as they are not called (D)wayne Minton he smells (or something similar). This happened every month with a different insult, and I always wondered who this person was and why was he being insulted so mercillessly, does anyone know the answer, and does anyone have any scans of these sections from any old Mean Machines magazines, I found them quite funny.

I remember that also but sadly I have no idea who the guy was. maybe he was nobody, just a stupid thing that Mean Machines did.
