Metal Slug 3 coming to PS4/PS3/Vita

3 is my least favourite, the alien stuff didn't do it for me and it's for too hard.

Agreed, remember it being abit cobblers (although i played it years ago). Always felt x was the best.

They've gone really quiet for a long time now, kind of expecting a final-final closure at some point in the not too long term future now. Even their two big milking cows KOF and Metal Slug have ground to a halt. No word on anything for the anniversary but knowing them it'll probably be yet another slew of rereleases. King if Fighters XIV would be nice but I'm assuming (especially as tech keeps progressing) that the sales are getting too hard to come by.

They seem to be focusing mainly on the smartphone games market recently, Metal Slug Defense, Rhythm of Fighters, and KOF98 are their most recent releases, and seem to be doing quite well.

It was recently discovered they've registered a trademark for a new Maximum Impact game, and from what I know they're still working on KOFXIV.

Hopefully we'll see something soon, been a while since XIII and I enjoyed that entry. Still hoping against hope for a Metal Slug 8 one day that's animated like the recent KOF's
