Too Many Games!!!

Bloody, hell with PS+ and all my machines staring at at me there are just too many games to play these days!

Say what you will about console x v console y, there is such a diverse range and volume of games to play these days. I loads of stuff still to play and Destiny is out next week, then Hyrule Warriors in 3 weeks, plus todays PS +. And the big stuff coming b4 xmas! I Need to pack in work! Mind you I have only have a few years left then I will be on my pension, maybe I just save them all up for when I am 66!

I've got quite a lot backlogged up, its scary how easy a collection to play builds up. New releases wise though 2014 has proper sucked

Now downloading Velocity 2X, another to add to the list at least I can on Vita this weekend when away babysitting me grandson!

My Steam library alone has more games than I'll likely ever have time to play! In some ways I preferred it back in the days when it was possible to keep on top of and complete all the must own titles - and thrash them within an inch of their life! These days I rarely finish anything, let alone devote the kind of time that was put into something like Golden Eye! Too much choice, too much quality.

Yeah I've got a ton of games to play on my 360. Then i went and bought a used PS3 & recently got myself a Wii U, so got a nice little library building up there too......& now I'm seriously thinking of picking up a Xone as the prices are getting pretty good at the mo.

I'll be in my cold dead grave by the time I get thru them all!! .

If you're near pension age then how old are you jimg, if you don't mind me asking?

At 23, almost 24, I probably have enough unplayed games to last into my 30s. Still, owning the games I do has killed my desire to go in Game/CeX as I'm quite sure I have nearly every PS3 game I want to play.

Then there's retro and Steam. -cough-

I think we've all hit the "Gaming Singularity" where we've got more gaming playtime ahead of us than hours of our lives left to play.
PS+ has been the tipping point for many of us - so many free games AND Steam-like discounts.

I'm not going to be using services like PS+ etc anymore. There are too many games already to play and more coming out, without paying for a service for "maybe I'll play Game X sometime" (which in reality means I'll never play it).

I'll just stick to games I really, really WANT to play when I play, without the NEED to play everything just because it's out on PS+ or whatever.

I've removed the BF4 disc from the XB1. If there's any chance of me playing other games, it just cannot be allowed near the machine.

Crimson Dragon and Super Time Force for free so need to start those.
Almost finished Ghost Trick.
Almost finished Gateways! but has been a while so will need to remind myself how to play.

Need to get things ticked off before Mirror's Edge 2 arrives because that will be another life sucking beast.

I was going to get a PS4 for the release of Destiny but Destiny sounds like it is made with DLC in mind so forget it. Next gen can go swing until Bloodborne is out.
