I think it'd do a whole lot of good if we now just discuss what this thread was based on: the quality of recent releases, and people's views on that.

Personally, the most obvious reason for the amount of high quality releases in this Q4 period has to be attributed to the fact that most companies have been holding back throughout the year. But what does that say about their thoughts on the demographic, or the impression that we ourselves are perhaps giving them?
