Anticipating: December 2014

The last month of December is looming upon us and the industry braces for the last dash of the rate race where all the new games try to outsell each other before leading into the slump and fall out of January. Naturally, most of the big name releases are out by Novembers end so the list shrinks. Dates seem sketchier and titles more niche so if you're getting anything that doesn't appear on the list let everyone know.

So, once again, what games are you planning on buying during December 2014?

One game that isn't on the list is The Crew. Depending what it turns out like it will be my only purchase.

It's all about youkai watch shinuchi for me no other game is going to even remotely get a look in, shame that nes ultimate remix hasn't got a release date for Japan yet.

Guilty Gear Xrd is the only game on that list I will probably be buying.

Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is good fun on PC, might be worthwhile if it's cheap on Xbox360 for Live play. Possibly Game of Thrones as I enjoyed The Walking Dead stories depending on the episode release schedule.

I've rolled the dice and gone for Alone in the Dark, likely to get Lara Croft and Old City Leviathan too which both look decent. Other than that it'll be raiding the sales

Surprised to see there's nothing I'm going for in December, so I'll be pumping more money into finding Saturn stuff instead.

After getting all excited about November and then getting thoroughly shafted (AC Unity being tosh, and PES being a remarkably powerful frustration simulator), I'm pretty glad not to be buying any new releases for a while.
