An Exec Producer overseeing the game has confirmed that a sequel to the recent game is already in the works. Presumably it will be for PS4, XBO and PC and build on what was established by the first game.

The press release on the game's official site calls it a "reboot to the 2014 hit", mentions it "taking place more than a thousand years after the events of the first game" and then calls it a "spiritual successor".

Sequel? Remake? Reboot? Seems like something very loosely based on the original game.
