Japanese GTAIII.

After reading AV Out in the Transformer Issue of Edge, I was just wondering if anyone knew to what extent Capcom were porting/localising GTA3 for the Japanese massive

i.e. Will they be getting their own radio stations, or translated gta3 radio? And will they therefore get (in both senses of the word) all the irony and satire?

Its already been released hasnt it? I seem to remember seeing it in the japanese game charts.
