Hopefully a true next gen title, im hopefull after Horizon 2, but 2 things, why announce it with no footage at all, and why the heck choose a ford GT to showcase it.

I'm struggling to see where the series is going. Being prettier isn't going to make me need another one, especially after the credits balls-up of 5.

However, if they go back to the days of game progression = car unlocks then I'm in. Basically remake Forza1 with hillclimbs and fun.

The achievements in F5 were ridiculous too, including things "be in the lead in online races for 1,000,000,000 hours". There isn't enough time in the world to get all the SP and MP achievements unless you only ever played forza.

I agree i see this title ,as make or break for the Series, i have to admit ive enjoyed the 2 horizon games more that Forza 4 or 5 over the last few years, but im still hopefull they can produce the goods.

I'm hopeful that they've learned serious lessons from F5 and will nail this one but same as everyone else, they mess this one and I'm happy to leave the franchise to Horizon as sim racers don't have the pull to me they used to

Yes agree with all the above, fingers crossed they've listened to feedback and reviews, they've no excuse not to really.

Looks pretty but there's not much to go on as far as to what the actual game entails.

This will be an interesting year as Project Cars looks to be a genuine rival to both Forza Motorsport and Gran Turismo. I think Project Cars is released in March isn't it?

well that was quick, are they going down the Call of Duty route with a Forza game a year?, i agree with Charles I think 5 did a hell of a lot of damage to the brand and I wont be rushing out to get this too.

Yes, March 20th for EU and I think 17th for US. One I'm really looking forward to although definitely more on the sim side so maybe not for everyone. Might be my first wheel purchase too!

The trailer is actually the announcement for the Ford GT at the Detroit Motorshow, but MS have stepped in to announce Forza 6 is using the car as it's cover car.

i just hope they bring back a decent singleplayer career that reward players instead of using them as cash cows for microtransactions. they need to work on the physics and handling of the cars and improve the visual fidelity as Forza 5 feels still very lifeliss and sterile. also no more drivatars replacing decent AI in singleplayer races!

Those drivatars are getting out of hand - I went back to it a couple of days ago and they are now really bolshy

yes, they frequently ruin my lap times by bumping me off the road. it's really annoying.

right now, i am having a discussion over this with some guys at eurogamer. maybe you state your opinion there too

Gran Turismo showed a number six done very well is possible as that game in my opinion is almost perfect
