Another week another HD release. This time it's Borderlands coming to PS4 and XBO with a collection that combines the lasttwo games and all related DLC in one bundle. Your saves can be transferred. A bit of a miss skipping the least played entry, undoubtedly it's a cheap cash grab by porting the PC version as is as well. Love the series, looking forward to getting into PreSequel too but skipping this entirely

That Eurogamer article says B2 and Pre-sequel with no mention of B1.

Seems a bit daft to not have the whole shebang.

no, which is indeed a bit baffling. maybe they want to save this to sell "The complete collection" further down the franchise road.

Well, it's called the handsome collection, presumably referring to handsome Jack, who didn't appear until Borderlands 2.

Btw, are these really considered HD re-releases? I thought the old versions were HD?

I played them all on pc so they were all super HD to me!

If they do it digitally like Metro Redux and sell them separately I'll buy the Pre-Sequel as I didn't buy it ...not paying full whack for the pair though.

The collection has a day one patch for players to download. It's 8.3GB in size on PS4 and 16GB on XBO

Ordered this on PS4.Thats a whopper!!!!
Most of it is DLC which came out late for inclusion on the disc.

supposed to though heard the presequel had issues with frame drops i think the patch is supposed to fix that

Did they just take the pc version and port it to consoles ?. I do think it strikes of a cash in and not having the first game with it
