I know it has some really dedicated fans but I kind of don't expect this or the new GH game to do that well. I'm almost surprised they've just upfront called it '4' and not tried to make it sound like a fresher property as the genre still feels really stale and tired. Don't get me wrong, I can see where core fans will be excited as I imagine Harmonix will nail it and it'll be good for solid support to exist again but like Singstar, I expect a very soft launch.

I was going to cuss them for having Indie biased setlists but, to be fair, I just had a look and RB3 has some good tunes.

I've moved on to Rocksmith now and I don't think I'd go back to plastic guitars.

I've always preferred Guitar Hero too.

My views on gaming is incredibly jaded these days, I hate almost everything that comes out. But, I am genuinely excited to see Harmonix take another step with this. I loved playing RB, not just as a means to escape from the tedium of common occurrences, but it also made me feel like I wanted to improve. I never get competitive in that respect with anything.

If there is a game that would make the purchase of an XB1 worth it, this is it. I'm ready.

It says it works with existing peripherals...hopefully not just the USB ones tho. If my 360 wireless drums and guitar work on my Xbone I'll buy it. But if that's not possible I won't bother.

It's quite cool how there making it backwards compatible with a lot of DLC and old kit this will help sales and bring the entry price down, I'm sure, its had a bit of break and has a new publisher and peripheral maker (madcats) so why not .

I think I'll get this, just with one nice new guitar though. I've got loads of the older gear back at my parents' house for both RB and GH, but it takes up so much space. It doesn't look cool like a nice arcade stick either, it looks cheap and crappy. The drums in particular take up far too much space too.

More rhythm action games are only a good thing in my book - however I hope they stick to it being a game, not the 'learn the real instrument' stuff they started to move into. I don't want to learn an instrument thanks, I want to build up mad combos.

Probably if no one is looking. He is more likely to Too poo in Vatican City unless he is like Kim Jong Un in the interview in which case he has no butthole

Given I have several hundred songs in DLC and the pro drum kit it would be rude not to.
