    Star Wars Battle Pod

Seems like a great arcade game on the horizon to relive the glory days of Star Wars:

I've seen videos of this a while ago already but I can't find a thread on this. I hope this is new for some, especially Star Wars fans.

What I'd like to know is that if it's an on-rail shooter or a free-flight game; looks the former sadly, but I'll gladly spend a couple of credits piloting Vader's TIE.

Has got to be on rails looking at it. When I saw "pod" reminded me of the Star Wars Pod Racing game, really enjoyed that back in the day. Was on PC I think

I hope it will eventually make to the 32x.

There's a few of these around in the country already, sure one of my friends saw one in Basildon? Namco Station in London has one also, if anyone in the capital wants a shot.

This look bloody amazing, i get its on rails but it looks and sounds fab. Only wish i had an arcade near me and one that has a cabinet. Anyone know how much it costs to play?
