Yeah back when the Vita was launching Amazon mispriced a few Ubisoft games. I got Rayman Origins and Lumines for ?6 each instead of ?35, and they honoured it which was good of them. I remember that people who had placed orders for multiples of the games did get theirs cancelled though.

Not saying you did that with this pad, but probably the volume of orders at ?75 was so high that they just thought sod it. A judgement call as Asura says.

If they don't have to honour errors in pricing then it should apply across the board to everyone who ordered the item, Unfortunately people are having different experiences depending on when the item was ordered:

      That's just not right.

So I got mine today, it'svery nice.

The box it came in is super heavy.
The pad itself is far sturdier and weighter than the regular pad, it really does have a solid feel. No creaking if you squeeze or twist it anywhere.

The sticks feel a little springier when they return to the centre and they move around in circles noticeably smoother.

The new pad also has the new style bumpers which are clickier than the original Xbox One pads, solving the issue that lots of users had with them not feeling right.

The little magnet sticks and D-pads come off with only the smallest of effort, but when they are in place on their metal pillers they actually feel sturdier. I'm not a fan of the disc style d-Pad, so I switched straight to the cross shape.

The hair trigger switches have been a pleasant surprise, I was expecting them to create a jarring sensation as you hit the bottom of the shorter travel, but they actually feel like a pad that had been especially designed with a shorter travel might feel.

I haven't got around to playing with the app or fiddling with the paddles, which also smoothly separate in a very satisfying motion.

It's all really well presented in a little carry case, it comes with with a braid USB cable a a set of AA batteries. Feels like they should have put a battery pack in for the price, but as it is for "pros" I'm sure the argument is that people will be using it wired.

I picked up my Argos reservation today and this thing is a beast!

I can't use the bottom paddle slots, as they affect my grip on the controller too much, so I'm just using the upper paddles for now.

The app I downloaded from the console's app store looks different to the screenshots on the Xbox support page, but it's fairly intuitive. Just trying out some different things with Halo 5.

Wish I'd pre-ordered one now. I'll have to watch out for re-stocks. They look ace.

Good luck getting one from Game if you've not pre-ordered. They told me the allocation was cut, and don't know when they will get more.

I like it. The paddles are nice, but hard to get used to. The raised analogue nubs do make a difference and if you are prepared to put time into a full config, you would be well pleased. It looks great. You can even dim the home button.

Not worth the asking price though....

I've settled on using the small paddles in the bottom slots. I would like to be able to make use of the other two as well, but I just can't get used to holding the controller with them on.
