    Kojima's New Studio

Gamespot's Rob Crossley has revealed from reliable sources Kojima has formed a new studio with Sony and former Kojima Production employees. Last day of contract at Konami was. Apparently December 15th.

I nearly exploded with joy when I read the below. Hope he goes multi platform as would be sad for Xbox owners. As I PS4 owner I'm ecstatic but really though MS would throw more money at him. But Sony have been such a big part of Metal Gear Solid this does not surprise me

Let's see if it is followed by a PS4 exclusive horror game called Quiet Mountain or Noiseless Mound or something.

Let's hope or Hill Of Silence. Might be a bit too close in words to the original IP . I may be too scared to play a full version of P.T, I'd have to buy install then just leave it never to be played. Was o.k with Alien:Iso, and Evil Within plus a bit of Outlast, and love horror films. But P.T was so creepy even in You Tube form, and the 20mins I played or so with the sink thing.

Someone in the Eurogamer's comments suggested possible P.T VR I shudder to think how scary that would be. Would be a good seller for PS VR I imagine so nice idea.

What is PT? It's too early in the morning for abbreviations

PT is a demo for PS4 that was put up, and subsequently pulled from the PSN completely by Konami. It was supposed to be a colaboration between Guillemo Del Toro and Kojima.

To be honest, this doesn't feel that surprising. He's long had a love affair with Sony, can't imagine at all that Xbox will see anything out of this as he's never seemed interested in it. Most of the XB releases were ports. He fits Sony though...

Brilliant news! Do Konami own the rights to Silent Hill? I would love to see Del Toro and Norman Reedus collaborate with Kojima's new studio to bring back P.T (Silent Hills). Even under a different name. There is hope yet! Being a PS4 owner just keeps getting better and better, and I can't wait to see what they have to show at the next E3.

Eurogamer has updated to say that this has now been made official. The game will indeed be a PS4 exclusive

He's been tweeting about the new studio, called Kojima Productions. Here's the new logo:

"This is new studio's logo. Looks like a medieval knight and also a space suit. It expresses the vision of "aiming the new world with the latest technology and pioneering spirit"

                    also this:

The business with Konami made him start going grey Suits him though.

Since PS4 Sony have done really well with PR.

Couple of things I do pick-up on though he mentions that he's established his own independent studio which says to me that his games are not going to be PS exclusive, with the exception of this first one as it is a collaboration with PlayStation.

                          Unless it's a bad translation.

It's probably a similar set up as Insomniac had where they stayed Sony loyal until they wanted a bigger reach.
