Genuinely, I had no intention of starting this one anywhere near this early this year but the news is the news.
So, E3 runs a little bit early this year. For 2016's show it will be taking place between the 14th and 16th of June as the world's gaming studios gather to show off their wares. Feel free to talk about your expectations ahead of this years show but I imagine this thread will drift down until closer to the time.
However, the main reason for the early post is that EA has gotten in there early by confirming they will kind of being pulling a Nintendo this year by hosting their own dedicated show called EA Play from the 12th till 14th June.
The show will be for gamers and free tickets will be made available. EA will use the advanced show to showcase its upcoming titles and let players try them out for the first time ahead of E3. They will however still make a presentation at E3 itself.
Key 2016 EA releases are expected to include Mass Effect: Andromeda and Battlefield 5
