Looks like a decent selection but i cannot get excited by these mini consoles, as always a nagging feeling in the back of my mind why there are so many games missing for the stuff where licensing is not a issue and the same with storage space.
Would have been nice to perhaps just gone the extra mile with perhaps a few 32x and perhaps one or two mega cd games

I've been thinking about getting the Switch Mega Drive collection for a while and wondered what games don't feature on the Mega Drive Mini games list and vice versa.
I had a look and, obviously, there are more discrepancies between the Switch games and the Japanese MDM games.
I've deleted anything that appears on both games list and here's what's left, but I don't think any of them are the definite list:

I'm now just interested in this port souly for the Darius port.
I'm wondering if it was made by a Japanese home coder who had been working on porting Darius to the Mega Drive over the last few years.
I'm on the phone now so I can't post links however he did have playable boss battles running on Mega Drive for Download.

Yakumo Apparently not... https://www.kotaku.co.uk/2019/06/04/...ke-a-fans-port
I’m really hoping Sega decide to release Darius on an actual Megadrive cartridge as it’d be a shame to limit it to just Mini owners. Although if they don’t I'm sure it won’t be long before repros appear.

While nobody has hands on yet emulationwise, gonna say from what Sega have managed to put out this easily ranks up against both of Nintendos mini releases both in quality and title selection, on top of the 40 they planned they gave 2 very cool bonus games making this thing a must own imo. Shame it took a whole legacy of terrible shatgames plug n plays to get here but i think they have totally redeemed themselves on this front, just a shame they didn't release it way back they could have been raking in that cash.
Now onto those mini mark III machines please Sega
