Looking to spend > £750 this year which is half-ish what I spent in 2018.
Same here. €1,000 is what I've told the wife. Hoping for an SD2SNES, NeoGeo AES and NeoSD AES* - the change can go on one or two Switch games if any appear this year.
* That'll be my retro trolley almost complete. I'll need a Sega console in 2020, though - perhaps a Mega Drive first as they're cheap. I'd prefer a Saturn, mind.
Popped my 2019 gaming spend cherry on a trip to Wakefield this afty, bought the following:

Yakuza 0 (part of the Humble Monthly bundle): £9.51
iAmotus Bluetooth USB Dongle: £7.34
Brook Super Converter PS3/4 to PS2/1: £31.10
There's someone selling a batch of Retron77s on eBay for £25 right now. I was really tempted by that but I really don't need it. Must resist temptations!
Got a nice little barg today, Dreamfall Chapters on Xbox One from GAME, was on sale at £4.99, took it to the till and they took ages to find it. When it eventually turned up after maybe three minutes of backroom rummaging, I was told it was "non-mint mint", basically a brand new game that had some box damage...so they were reducing it by 75% so I thusly got it for £1.24. There's no manual inside but it's A-OK otherwise so I am not complaining.
Yay! January is ending and the total for the first month of the year for me is... £0.00
PRAISE BE BACKLOG!
Looking ahead, once I can finally tie off RDR2 I'll have some trade credit movement. Half the month is pretty dry then things pick up but I should be able to either keep things cost free or at least lowballed

Spent more than I'd like this month. The Division 2 was a last minute purchase today so I could do coop runs with a friend I haven't seen for a while.
The coming month see's the release schedule start to dry up and with so much backed up on PC to get through it should be another good month for spending
