Just saw that tweet and it made me laugh. Fair play to NoA and Doug Bowser for being in on the joke.

This pretty much means that NoA have come full circle given that their very first office landlord, who famously inspired Jumpman's name change, Mario Segale only passed away a couple of years ago.
