We were so excited for Party Animals (me and my 3 kids). Then we put it on and the only way we could play it was creating an online private lobby and then when it started it was 4 split screen. The arenas we played in looked like they didnt need to split the screen, but yeah the fact there's no dedicated local player kind of pulls the mat from under us calling it "Party" Animals!

Shame, as the tutorial showed promise. Clearly a level above Gang Beasts in terms of graphics and ideas.

Beacon Pines is a nice, if a little creepy, adventure game where fluffy animal children are kidnapped by evil corporation employees.

I quite enjoyed Outriders too, although never did do much of the Game+ stuff. Might pick that up on the cheap at some point. I think it's worth a look before it goes.

To be fair to xbox, that is night and Day! when you look at the stuff that games with gold had been pushing out. Some big hitters, some mid range stuff and a fair few indie darlings like Celeste, Unpacking and Vampire Survivors.

Dead Space Remake is dropping into game pass in time for Halloween.

For the first time in ages a game on my hit list gets added before I buy it... and I was literally hovering over it earlier as it's currently 40% off.

I'd held off using EA Play to get around to it for ages and was closing in on it so it's great that it's GP bound. Pretty much takes me down to just Jedi Survivor to wait for now.

Played it on PC a while back, and thought the game was excellent, looked really nice and played well on my rig

They did a good job on it.
