I'm near the end of Prince of Persia, Beyond Good & Evil (recommended to all), Project Gotham 2, Gregory Horror Show and Mario & Luigi. I'm actually still playing them all too, so they should all be finished eventually I'm also on my way through Fatal Frame 2, which I shall be reviewing soon.

Deus Ex 2 is waiting for me at the end, which is something to look forward too.

Ha, I went back to REZ after a good two months without any play and I got 100% Shot Down, 100% Analysation and 100% Support Item on Area 3 in one go. It was crazy. But even after a 3 hour session, I could still not beat Level 2 Tera Boss! I may be getting 100% shot down, but I don't know becuase I can't bloody kill the boss!

I found all the Rez bosses quite easy, but damn you Area 3 and 100% everything in one go?! I spent a few hours try the same level over and over, even going through Area 1 a few times to build up Overdrives.

I played the Japanese Rez Special Package, maybe they made the bosses harder and 100% achievement easier in the European version?

Prince of Persia - simply terrific, although all the last boss comments are indeed true.

Next up Lord of the Rings: RoK and then maybe BG&E

Of course this work thing is going to start trying to interfere again! *sigh*

There's nothing like beating Viewtiful Joe (adults only please) for gaming satisfaction. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry when it revealed there were two harder difficulty levels. I went for laughter in the end, so I could enjoy the rest of the end sequence (which is just as good as the rest of the game, and an excellent reward for seeing it through).
Hmm... what next? Gregory Horror Show should bit the dust soon, and I'm hoping to stick the knife in Broken Sword, Raven Shield (PC) and In Memoriam fairly soon too.

I recently completed PoP too and found it immensley satisfying to glide through a game with out any shockingly frustrating sections and without feeling I missed half the game out.

I haven't had that feeling since Luigi's Mansion which I also loved.

I honestly can't remember what the last game I completed was. I know I finished Metroid Prime and Resident Evil 0 last year along with The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (thanks to the WW bonus disc).

Did Halo: Combat Evolved on Normal pretty soon after I got my Xbox last Chrostmas and made a start on Heroic but didn't get past Assault on the Control Room and lost interest. Other than that nothing else Xbox wise got completed.

Think it's more a sign of the games I was playing most last year. Games like Initial D (both Arcade Stage and Special Stage), Pump It Up: The Prex, Capcom Vs SNK 2 (via Xbox Live) and Soul Calibur 2 were my most played games last year, none of which can be completed per se (in that I can put them on a complete pile and feel satisfied that I have achieved everything I need to with them. The desire to get better on these games never goes away).

However, may try and make a concerted effort to finish some games this year. I started Chrono Trigger in September last year, got to the final boss and then left it. I should really try and finish that and Chrono Cross (which I got a couple of weeks back) soon. One game that has grabbed me this past week is Final Fantasy X-2. Really refreshing for a Final Fantasy game and have a strong desire to see it through multiple times to see all the endings. Seems to be getting a lot of playtime as well so think I should manage it. Pokemon Sapphire I plan to clear as well.

I just finished Prince Of Persia about 10 minutes ago - much fun it was too.

Not without it's faults, but a highly enjoyable way to spend a few hours.

If there's one topic that's bound to crop up regularly on games forums, its the one about having a long list of games that never get completed, or in some cases played.

Although sometimes it is the type of game that contributes to it like the ones you mention C', the simple fact is that most of us are just greedy! Let's face it, we want games cos we see them and just want something new. It's not as if we haven't got enough games or other stuff to do to keep us occupied.

It's all about willpower... I spent 6 months this year without buying a game (bought US Wind Waker in march and didn't buy another until GC Made in Wario in oct), but since then I've managed to buy about 5 or 6 games in just 3 months (though I suppose the christmas glut of released contributed to that too) and PoP is the only one I've really managed to get anywhere near completing.

Now where's that stash of DC games I never got round too...
