Yeah, people are wondering why. It was put up specifically for the NGPC's anniversary so maybe it was a limited thing; if it vanishes in the US/Japan in the next day or so then we'll know about that.

It would seem very unlikely to be a limited thing without them saying it was a limited thing and without it vanishing from all stores at once. Seems more likely to be a process mistake that is being rectified, like a missing rating, EU rights issue or some sort of paperwork problem that has been flagged.

Yeah, it seems odd. I was wondering if there was a ratings-board reason. PEGI rated SNK Heroines as a 12 due to things like mild sexual content. I know the sprites in Gals Fighters lack detail but is there a panty/bra shot in one of the end sequences, or something?
