        Ending 19:
Just a short skip backward for this one, back to the decision to pursue Dogg Thang or use the device just as the grenade was about to explode. Here you chose to use the device and just as the fire of the explosion is about to hit you a bright blindingly white light engulfs you.

Blue light traces your outline and is filled in by white light as you open your eyes to find yourself in new clothes. A speaker on the device sparks into life and Kryss's voice begins to say:

"So you used the device and are now safe. Well, safer than you were before at least. However, I did warn you that there would be a price. The device encased you in a vortex which you are now permanently displaced in, the device is no longer any use to you"

You put it down on a nearby desk in the room you appeared in and sit down by a computer with an open browser.

"Theorising that one could travel along ones own timeline, I created the Quantum Leap accelerator which you remotely triggered and then vanished... You have now woken in the past, facing mirror images that are not your own and tasked with changing history for the better.

And so now you find yourself leaping from life to life, striving to put right what once went wrong and hoping each time that the next leap will be the leap home..."

You look in a small nearby pocket mirror and it's not your own reflection staring back, instead it's the face of Nu_Eclipse. You look at the computer and see the Nintendo Switch thread, typing the words 'I finally get it NI, you were actually right all along' you press Post and blue light traces around you again until you leap into a new body in time... putting right... what once went wrong...

That someone would post the words 'You were right all along' on here to someone else is the most implausible part of this so far.

            Ending 20:
Back when you chose to fly the DeLorean to face Dogg Thang there was also the choice to instead follow the coastal road. In this ending that's the choice that was made and you follow the road until the evening begins to set in and the car is running low on fuel. You pull up at an old petrol station and bunker down for the night. In the morning you hear a noise and peer from behind the counter in the station to spy three Terminators surveying the DeLorean. You dash to the back of the station shop and through a can out the back door. As the Terminators investigate the noise you run back through and jump into the car and race away as the T-800's fire upon you. A stray shot hits the time circuits in your escape and above a gunship descends with Commander Yakumo leaning out as he throws Fuse down to attack you. Yakumo dives down and the DeLorean begins to spark as you battle them both before it disappears having hit 88mph.

You emerge in jungle and step out the car to see the charred remains of Yakumo and Fuse. A green, yellow and brown jeep sits across the way and you run over. Three people are inside and they introduce themselves as MonkeyJuggleDX, Tobal and Beecee. Suddenly a T-Rex breaks through a nearby security fence and bites down on the car roof, crushing you all inside.

            Ending 21:
We return to the decision between swimming back to land, pursuing your boat or heading to the lighthouse and here you opted to return to land. Arriving back at the castle you head along the side wall until you reach the castles front and see a distant drawer bridge covering a river below. As you reach the bridge Charles meets you:

            Charles Dad Joke 11:
"You don't seem to be enjoying yourself. I always play videogames if I get depressed... I like being console'd"

            You start walking

            Charles Dad Joke 12:

"Wait, wait, wait! I'm just trying to lighten your mood. I mean, I keep a negativity jar that I put a coin into every time I have a pessimistic thought... it's currently half empty"

Charles warns you there's no going back from this path and you keep walking down the path into a wooded area. Flicky birds swirl past and you spot a purple ink puddle that squirms when you get close then trails itself away from you. You carry on and spot a clearing to your left, you head over and spot a large grey sphere. You touch it and its cold and light, with both hands you roll it toward yourself until you notice a segment is missing, a black gap existing. Suddenly you stagger back as you realise its the corpse of Pac-Man.

Laughter rings out from the trees and you turn to see ghosts in red, orange, pink and blue. You dash to the road and spit a rusty iron gate, your choice being to go through the gate or run down the road. You choose the gate as the ghosts give chase and follow a crooked path till you reach a decaying mansion on a hill. Lightning cracks behind it and you approach the front door. Just as you're about to reach the door you hear a noise and Cassius Smoke steps out saying that he's been waiting for someone to come along and help as his friends entered the mansion and hasn't been heard of since. You agree to enter together and step through to the mansions foyer. Cassius shines his flashlight around the room and nervously calls out "J-J-J-J0e Musashi-ooo?!"

A glum ghost appears at the top of the stairs and Cassius stumbles back in horror as a large video screen drops down from the ceiling filling the back wall. A large menacing spirit emerges beside the ghost of J0e and confronts you, "You dare enter my home as well?!"

Cassius asks what has been done to J0e and the spirit replies, "I am EvilBoris. I was the Lord of this mansion and I would Moderate all who entered. I haven't granted permission for any of you to be here, you dare trespass in my domain? I'll take your souls just as I took his!"

You both try to escape out the front door but it locks itself and you spin back around to see the screen come to life showing an Assassin on top of a tall tower before a beautiful sunrise setting. EvilBoris presses a button on a remote and bright colourful light blasts out of the screen engulfing the room roasting the skin off yours and Cassius's bones. The intensity of the light sears your flesh until your corpses collapse to the ground and your spirits rise from your remains.

            EvilBoris grins... "HDR... b****es"

                Ending 22:
Instead of heading through the iron gate, here you chose to run down the road you were previously walking along. You break through the treeline but are so panicked that you aren't paying attention and you fall into a trench. Someone scrambles over to you and tells you to keep your head down. Asking where you are Nonny replies, "How do you not know where you are? This is the Console War... the war without end..."

You follow him as you duck through adjoining trenches. Occasionally glimpsing the battlefield you spot teenagers in green racing across No Man's Land from a giant X shaped installation, they clash with some people in their twenties who have blades chained to their arms and are waving blue colours, Astro Bots firing down from above. You ask Nonny where the Nintendo fans are, "They got wiped out early on. Without a clear online strategy Nintendo couldn't coordinate their attacks"

Suddenly a distressed looking ice cream truck slides up covered in mud and blood. The side window opens and a clown with a flaming head leans out holding a shotgun screaming, "You shall not Game Pass!" before firing and blasting Nonny down into the mud. You dash to the side and run as the ice cream truck begins to pursue you, you hear someone on the left hand side call out, "Eastyy duck!"

A person on the righthand side shouts, "What Lebowski?" just as the truck reaches Eastyy with machine guns blazing, "...smeg..."

A small tent lies in the centre of the battlefield in immaculate condition. You sprint for it as Xbox and PlayStation fans battle around you until you dive into the tent and see two people inside. One is working on a calculator and the other is writing with a quill in one hand and a cigar in the other. "Interesting... no-one ever enters this tent". You ask who they are, the one with the quill answers, "I'm Sketcz, I'm here to document everything going on here. Over there is MartyG, he verifies all the data we take in. The war never ends so we never stop writing. It's fine though, safest place to be, the Console Wars need documenting so literally nothing ever comes to threaten this tent and its contents."

You lean out the entrance to look outside and a bullet grazes your cheek, diving back inside Sketcz continues, "Yeah, safe only as long as you're in the tent. Step out and you're toast so get comfortable, you can only leave when the war ends." But it never will...

                War... war never changes...

Brink Cascade contains multiple routes whereby there are numerous branches and endings but an early decision makes it impossible for you to reach the games true ending. We've now covered all of those so moving forward these remaining endings lie on the path to the true ending.

                  Ending 23:
A long time back you had met up with Brad, Snake, Carmine and Sean Bean and had been on the path to the City. A streak of light had shot out of the tear in the sky and crashed in rubbled buildings nearby with the option to investigate. In this ending you chose not to and instead continued with the others toward the City.

Reaching the half destroyed out area of the City you can hear the nearby battles. You all clamber through buildings that have been ravaged by conflict, Brad and the others have their weapons drawn ready for battle. Eventually you reach a point where you can see an open courtyard with emerging sink holes. Locust like creatures climb out and Brad and the others prepare for a fight telling you that you're now on your own. You go back on yourself and climb through a window into a back alley. Thinking it's best to get off the streets you climb down into the sewers. Having passed a drunk Rabbid willing to turn tricks for cash you reach a large chamber with ladders on the left and right across a water pool. You wade through the water, passing a line of lemmings to the side that are helping to drown each other. As you reach the other side a bubble rises out of the water followed by two eyes, then two small dragons appear with one green and the other blue. They fire bubbles at you and you see you're near a ladder leading up to street level and a door with light behind it.

Choosing the door you enter the next room to escape the dragons and hear mechanical sounds of movement behind you. You turn and see a robotic arm hanging from the ceiling:

"Hello," says a clear computerised female voice, "welcome to the Aperture Science computer-aided Brink enrichment centre. You have arrived at the perfect time to take part in our ongoing test. Please note that whilst your safety is our consideration, your life beyond this point is statistically minimal."

                  You step closer.

"Please step into the test incin---correction chamber. We will conduct a test and then we can have cake." You don't trust the machine and move around the edge of the room. It realises that you won't comply as you spy its side where it is marked with the name GLaDOS.

"We can provide a weighted companion cube to keep you company as you test with us, your compliance and organs will provide a vital role in future testing"

You reach a bank of controls as GLaDOS moves in closer, "Okay, you can now cease pressing all of those buttons, your resistance to test was the real test. Congratulations. You have passed the real test, why not come away from the control panel and enjoy some cake?". Eventually you hit a working button and two portals open up on either side of GLaDOS, white robotic turrets drop out and their red laser sights target you.

GLaDOS spots the turrets, "Oh. What a shame. We could have been best friends but I guess that while I will be able to eat cake with your corpse, you will be dead. Yay. More cake for the other test subjects"

The turrets open fire and gun you down where you stand. A small bot rolls out from a nearby covered hole and uses a shovelled front to push your body through a nearby chute where it drops onto a pile of bodies below. Just before you slip completely away you spot name tags on the other bodies that read names like BIG EDD, Adam, Dueteros and Chopemon. As the chute is about to close you can hear GLaDOS above...

"Well, that was a triumph. I'm make a note here: Huge Success. It's hard to overstate my satisfaction. Aperture Science, we study the Brink because we can. For the difference that is made, in watching all the Cascade.

But there's no sense in mourning over every Finsbury Girl, you just keep on trying and see how things unfurl, through every mistake, we can still all eat Cake, and celebrate that I'm here - Still alive. Still alive..."

                    Ending 24:
Here, instead of heading to the sewer door you went for the ladder. Having climbed up to street level again you emerge under jet packed troops flying by overhead, gunfire rains through the air and you dive for cover. A General scrambles over to you and you try to explain you aren't a soldier but he thrusts a rifle into your arms. You look over the cover to see rooftop soldiers readying heavy handheld canons, targeting a large silver object obscured by smoke. The soldier fire the weapons and you realise they're mini-portable nukes. The explosions mushroom up and suddenly a crumpled burnt fridge slams into the ground beside you. It's door swings open and a man rolls out from inside it... "Corporal Rmoxon reporting!"

The General welcomes him to the Brink Defense Force but Rmoxon says he's going it solo giving you a choice of whether to stick with the General or follow Rmoxon. Picking Rmoxon you race through the battle fought streets, the debris and the smoke and when all clears you stop running to see him suspended in mid-air held by giant monsterous ants. They pull him apart limb by limb and you gaze in horror as it rains blood, your eyes falling down to see an apron draped, rusted figure below the blood fall. It holds a huge sword in one hand and has a pyramid for a head.

You try to call to the soldiers across the way for help but are frozen in fear. The soldiers run past on the adjacent street shouting "BDF! BDF! BDF!" and you glance back at pyramid head just in time to see its blade come down, cleaving you in half.

                      Ending 25:
In this route you stuck with the General rather than follow Rmoxon. The General orders his troops to charge and you run with them, glancing Rmoxon being torn apart by giant ants in the alligning street. As you run you can see numerous soldiers fighting in the streets and buildings against bug creatures and as you push on through the smoke the massive silver object begins to move. Suddenly you see its a massive metallic hand as it crashes down onto the ground, a second arm swings and smashes through an entire troop of soldiers. Then a deafening robotic cry sounds out before through the smoke two bright large lights emerge above you.

Two helicopters swoop by and billow the smoke cover away to reveal the towering threat before you as the General stands agast, "That is one hell of a Quality Chimp"

QC crushes building beneath its fist so hard the ground shakes causing skyscrapers to collapse. The General passes you a device and tells you to use it if you make it beyond the Brink. BDF troops continue to be wiped out by QualityChimp as it makes its way toward the Brink wall, speaking to itself as it moves, "... system... conductive... the Brink <SYNTAX ERROR> - ten... and twenty... COMPUTE_"

Planes fly overhead and tiny objects parachute out, purple penguins as it turns out headed to QC who is now distracted by the attacks of the Prinnysquad. As the last of the penguins descends on QC you dash past it and toward the wall, QC's hand is raised and about to crush the last remains of this section of the wall and you wonder whether to use the device in your hands or let QC strike the wall.

You use the device and behind you the night sky lights up. A trail of light rises up and arcs toward the City, QC stops to watch curiously and is then slammed back into the wall from the impact of Donkey Kong slamming into it. The ape begins to repeatedly slam the huge robot, swinging around its limbs in repeated attacks before leaping on its face and tearing one of its yellow lamp eyes out. Under such sustained damage QC initiates self destruct and begins to beep, you grab a nearby jetpack and fly as fast as you can away from the battle and over the many streets of battling soldiers below.

"<ERROR>… mission fail..." says QualityChimp before piercing white light explodes from within it, a massive explosion ripping it apart before spreading throughout the City. It moves faster and faster as you race across the skies but you aren't fast enough and the explosion engulfs you.

                          Ending 26:
So, rather than use the device you let Quality Chimp strike the wall. You now stand staring at the remains of the Brink, Quality Chimp towering above you. A blast of energy waves out from behind the wall ripping metal sheets off the hand of the robotic ape and sending even more buildings collapsing to the ground. The lights in QC's eyes begin to flicker as it speaks "... analysis... reporting... Brink Cascade... the Brink... Brin-- ten and twenty... <ERROR> <SYSTEM FAILURE>… Br... ri… the borders are down... Borders Down..."

You climb over the remains of the wall and as you step out on the other side the ground beneath you becomes transparent. You keep stepping forward on the invisible floor and gaze in amazement as all around before you lies a cascade of stars and swirling multi-coloured systems. Bringing your eyes down you spot a white table with a red Fez on top of it. You glance around you again and when you look at the table a second time Charles is standing behind it. He congratulates you on finding the Fez.

                          Charles Dad Joke 13:

"I found out myself today that if a canoe turns upside down in the water you can wear it on your head... yep, turns out it's capsized"

He tells you that you've successfully completed your journey, followed the right path through the adventure, but he offers you another choice. Finish the game here as the winner and return home or continue the game a little longer and take one more risk. Chance that you won't survive for a chance to close the tear and save this world.

                          Charles Dad Joke 14:
"Have you ever wondered why Churches don't have wi-fi? It's because they don't want to tackle an invisible force that works"

You choose to head home, adventure completed. Charles takes the Fez and reaches into it, bringing out a red and white ball before throwing it and shouting "Chopemon! I choose you!"

The ball explodes in light and a tiny cel-shaded man in a red leather jacket and yellow shades emerges holding a laser sword.

                          Charles Dad Joke 15:
"I once heard this guy whispering a lot of Pokémon jokes to his friend... but I couldn't catch 'em all"

Chopemon slices the air and a portal tear opens up. Suddenly the stars shake and you see them begin to explode like fireworks. The sky lights up with a field of their light as they all begin to shatter before you and a creature screams out. You look back at the City and see creatures descending upon the City, the tear in the sky opening wider and a vacuum beginning that pulls the buildings and people up from the ground. you can feel the air being pulled around you. Charles shouts at you saying you need to go now and you dash through the portal.

You focus your senses and find yourself sat at your desk. On the screen is a swirling circle and you can see Charles and Chopemon looking back at you.

                          Charles Dad Joke 16:

"If you ever find yourself in trouble again, remember, use a sword! They never go out of fashion. Why? Because they're cutting edge technology!"

You see them both getting dragged away by the vacuum and the portal closes. You sit looking at the screen, taking in what just happened. It begins to fade in your mind, like it was all just a story you read on the internet.

Because that's what all this has been right?
                          Just a story...
