After Fallout 4 and Fallout 76 I've never trusted Bethesda to deliver on Starfield but the buyout by MS changed that, hopefully it's good as it's hard to image MS would miss the obvious opportunity to put some people on QA on the game.

There is also a slim possibility that Avowed makes it in 2022, which I don't think is possible but some sites are reprting it as a 2022 contender.

Forza Motorsport is also coming 2022 but I'm not too hyped about that until we see more.

Chocobo Racing comes out in March 2022. We've barely heard anything about it so I'm expecting something barebones/half arsed.

Probably still going to buy it unless it's truly dire.

Somewhat predictably it’s Elden Ring and Gran Turismo 7 for me, with Sea of Stars also looking great. I’m hopeful that the Final Fantasy Pixel Remasters will see a PS / Switch release.

Lots of exciting wares already mentioned. Deffo Elden Ring, but also looking forward to news! News on that next Street Fighter game. Hopefully the Steam Deck can be in my hands by Easter!

Just remembered Witcher3 is getting a next gen update this year. I want to play that again...if its not a pile of ****e.

Is the new TMNT getting a Switch physical release?

I might just get it digitally and then wait to see if there's a physical GOTY version next year, which is exactly what I did with Sonic Mania and SOR4. I don't mind double-dipping when the games are quality. SOR4 and Sonic Mania have totally killed the original Mega Drive games for me now, and I expect Shredder's Revenge to do the same with the old TMNT games (not exactly a high bar).

Maybe I'll finally get around to playing the game proper rather than only a handful of hours like I did some time ago. Its one of the games from the last generation that was well-regarded everywhere and I never got around to playing it sadly.

I'd never given it enough time, either. I hope the new version is compatible with the existing game's modding system. I doubt it will be, and if it isn't I'll probably just stick with the old one.

Im going to stick to the Netflix series, I’ve had zero corrupted save files, no 4 hour regrinds because i run out of health potions in a super long dungeon and I’ve not seen Roach on a roof once.

I’m interested in that game, too. I like the setting of Hong Kong in particular.

It wasn’t even on my radar but just saw a review of Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth and it looks marvellous.

That and GT7 are the only 2 that are firing me up so far this year.

I'm rather interested in knowing what that Scorn is going to be like on Series X / S
