    I've done the £1 offer.

I do, however, have 62,000 MS Reward points which will net me 4 x 3 month Live Gold cards.

I'll then pay £10.99 for a month of GPU and all of that Live Gold will get turned into GPU.

Lol, ok bobby. I fail to see how the UK responds to this will have any bearing on anything whatsoever, ever. Ever. Anything. Ever.

Pretty sure the UK started turning into Death Valley after Brexit...

CMA have threatened blocking the merger unless MS does one of three options. All three options are increasingly large scale versions of the exact same option - Abandon Call of Duty

Absolutely laughable judgement that literally shows how weak the case against it has been. MS should sell the IP

Then use the Dev teams to launch Modern Warfare: Duty Calls

I'm lost. So that's the concern and so the result is to protect COD being on PlayStation a decade from now for Sony - a company who raised their console and games prices and have cut down on the genres they make

I'd be very wary of what MS considers turning that $69bn towards next

Maybe they'd be better spending $69b on their current 22 studios and actually flood the market with games. Instead of buying existing franchises and laying off 10000 members of staff. Just an idea.

They could buy EA and have half the money still left over for the existing studios

                    Plus - Forza Horizon: Burnout

Well if nothing else they're consistent. I mean, they clearly have no grasp of the market or business with statements like these but then they're been like that all along.

COD, the one franchise to rule them all... whoever owns it rules the world.

I can see MS going to court on this one as it all seems pretty ridiculous. There's probably stronger arguments the CMA isn't even aware of.

Also I see Sony are refusing to provide information in the US subpoena. So they're the biggest opposition to the merger, but won't divulge anything around their own 3rd party deals and practices.

This **** is going to get real messy!

I want it to go to court and I hope its televised so I can get my yearly fix of court cases please.

I'm tempted to use a Heard image for Sony but she's had enough airtime for one lifetime

Apparently the CMA didn't factor in MS's commitment to a decade of COD on PS consoles in their decision which highlights the daftness of using a finding as the outcome. There's no court appeal system either so MS has 14 days to come back to them about their concerns or it's all off.

Someone at MS is probably reviewing financials on Ubisoft and CDPR right now

Bobby slinks to a whole new belly slipping low, how much lower can you get bobby? Lets find out!

The CEO of Activision Blizzard went on national TV to say that China and Japan are the reason that the Microsoft deal should go through

CMA's ability to assess this right continues to be suss. Who did they poll to get this? Because the sales figures don't remotely bear that result out to be true
