Any decent 3rd party xbox one controllers?

My 360 controllers are still going strong. But I seem to get through a lot of xbox one controllers. The left stick is drifting and LB has just given up on the latest one that I've had for 14 months. Must have gone through 4 broken ones....

Anyone tried any non official ones with success?

LB prodder had snapped. The plastic was still in there so epoxyd that back on. No idea how to fix the left stick though. It will barely move forwards, but back is fine
