Nintendo lawyers are truly used to walk an incredibly thin line of BS to steer the US legal system in their favour.

To be fair the parents were getting their kids to do the suing.

        It's never Nintendo's fault!

Nintendo will host its next Direct livestream tomorrow, 8th February at 10pm UK time.

New Direct tomorrow, should be a straight forward one

                Switch XL Pro
                Meteoid Prime 5
                F-Zero G-Force X-treme
                Starfox
                Mario 128
                WaveRace

Oh, wait. It's just more bloody RPGs, random indy stuff (that's free on GamePass but has had a Nintendo tax applied to it), cloud versions of some big (by 3 years ago standards) PS4 games and another Pikmin.

I'm prepared to eat humble pie.

I was surprised to see this pop up on Reuters. Nintendo are giving their Japanese staff a 10% pay hike.

                      Wrong

It will be at least half a dozen farming games.

Someone posted a screen shot of the eshop showing Tears of the Kingdom as CA$89.99, regular priced games are currently $79.99 for reference, whereas PS5 games are $89.99

I've not been able to replicate the result.

Nintendo shares drop because apparently demand for Switch is 'exhausted' due to a mere 18m units expected to be sold in the coming year

                          ....

They’ve also reduced their expected software sales for the year from 210M to 205M units.

                            That can only spell doom.
