That said, I'm pretty sure that the necessary people within Nintendo and elsewhere would move pretty damn quickly to head off anybody even contemplating trying to acquire enough shares to mount a hostile takeover, Saudi or otherwise.

Rainmaker Productions and emulation masters M2 are bringing an enhanced port of the 1992 NCS/Masaya classic mecha shmup Assault Suits Valken/Cybernator to the Switch at the end of next month. Assault Suits Valken: Declassified will include extras like production archive artwork and a BGM player.
No word on a western release at this time.
