Your Gaming Spend - 2024 Edition

Despite the low amount of quality releases I gave in to temptation too many times in 2022 leading to another high total.

I had wanted to keep my spending under £500 this year but it was double that at just over a grand. Would be nice to keep it under £500 for 2023 but that probably won't happen. I know I'll be tempted by PSVR 2, PC upgrades and more retro games.

Probably not getting PSVR2 until there's a discount. So, March?

      Spending goes here:

Focusing on clearing some of my backlog so no gaming purchases until at least March for me.

Got a pretty nice payrise starting January so may consider picking up a PSVR2 later in the year.

I spent less than £600 on gaming in 2022.

Well I jizzed a grand on a gaming PC. So 2023 I'll be feeding off the steam sales for anything less than £5.

It's amazing that a PS5 and PSVR2 alone can kill everyones goals in one shot

January is complete and happy though it makes me to report a figure of £0.00 it's pretty common for me. Feb is usually cheap too which I expect again, it's usually March onward where I enter the danger zone.

                      February 2023

On the last day I broke my run but thankfully I'm not at risk of spoiling my year tally. A last minute buy of Metro Exodus: Gold Edition for £7 makes up Febs total

£45 this month mostly on acquiring Destiny 2 DLC. April looks dry as hell so fingers crossed....

Staggeringly the month finishes at £0.00 meaning I'm still comfortably away from hitting triple figure spending for the year with a third of the run done. May looks pretty clear too.
