    Sick Day Games

Got home after a day of feeling rather ill at work (headache and coding don't go), might have tomorrow off sick to kill this bastard bug...

Tried playing BO2 just now and it made me want to puke, Zelda is better but I'm just not caring about it as much as usual... And don't mention telly, the reception is a tan-dan cackito belt.

    What do people recommend?

Might start Disgaea or get cracking on Freedom Fighters again... Been recommended DOA:X... super cackito turd kick reversal.

What the feck am I writing...

When I was out with a sprained ankle, it was tough to walk obviously. So I really got into Ratchet and Clank Going Commando. Disgaea is a good sick day game becuase you can take it slow.

If I fake sick I have more fun, when I'm really sick even games are difficult to play.

Any of the Final Fantasy games. The older the better, not only will they take your mind off being ill but keep you sane at the same time!

Tell me about it... Been sitting here for an hour not doing anything except looking for a skylight company... And looking at Disgaea...

Having the oppurtunity of time off work and not being able to do anything with it is a stage of hell.

I don't know if you have it over there, but we have this stuff in the States called Airborne it shortens the length of your cold and reduces you chance of getting it.

Shameless Plug I don't know if they have it in the UK.

I'm starting to get sick and I'm not looking forward to taking a day from work to watch the History channel. My stupid office sounds like there's a SARS outbreak going on here.

Animal Crossing is a good "sick game". Very relaxing at the best of times, even better when your ill.

              Works for me anyways. 8)

Any sort of RPG is good when your'e sick because of the slow pace.

Zelda is nice to play when ill, too. Especially if you're just exploring and looknig for stuff.

Anything with mostly slow-paced gameplay is good. RPG and adventure games are two good genres to choose from.

Arcade and action-heavy games will game you feel worse from my experience.

                      Sick day = RPG day

BTW this is actually LAW. You can be arrested if you dont play an RPG on a sick day.

Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga would be a good one. Light hearted, not too difficult or comple and all round pleasant experience.

Has to be either a turn based RPG, or a puzzle game due to if you fall asleep you don't really **** up as much of the game (as in you can wake up and carry on, whatever)

Well.. today I was ill and got on with a bit of Zelda and Freedom Fighters.

Tried playing some Ikaruga in the morning but I think this may have contributed to me showing the toilet last nights supper at dinnertime.

Is it just that I'm ill or does playing games during the day make you feel really weird (in a guilty kind of way)?

Ico. ONly takes about 3 1/2 hrs and is like watching one of your old favourite movies.

I don't 'get' the logic of the puzzles... I have it here but I just cannot get past a certain stage and I hate using walkthroughs... So...

It is a game I would like to like though.
